Refund policy

 

This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from when you placed your order. You must then return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying me of the return.

Please contact me before returning your items otherwise I cannot accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you purchased earrings, they need to be in their original packaging and the hygiene seal needs to be intact and untampered. I cannot accept returns for earrings that have been worn. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is proven to be faulty. Buyers are also responsible for any deduction in the item(s) value if they have been handled more than necessary.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

It is my responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns that we have not met our legal obligations please contact me.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (personalised items). Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or items that are described in the original listing as being a second (with a description of what makes them a second).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
