Lived Experience Speaking and Training on Disability & Chronic Illness

I deliver talks, webinars, and training sessions grounded in my lived experience. My aim is to provide practical, compassionate guidance on accessibility, mental health, neurodivergence, chronic illness, and inclusion.

Hi, I'm Abby

Advocate, illustrator and bright colour enthusiast 🌈

I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned living with chronic illness, neurodivergence, and navigating mental health challenges. I deliver talks, training sessions, and webinars that are practical, engaging, and grounded in real life.

I don’t just give theory. I share insight, tools, and strategies people can actually use. My sessions are interactive, honest, and thought-provoking, designed to challenge assumptions and spark meaningful understanding without ever feeling preachy or performative.

I care about making complex topics accessible, relatable, and actionable. Whether I’m talking to workplaces, schools, health professionals, or community groups, my goal is always the same: to help people understand diverse experiences, improve inclusion, and create change that works in the real world.
